This is to let you know that on March 13th, I’m starting a new series of meditations. The name of the series is “A Question of Worth.”
The material for this class evolved in 2013. I went to India; a week after I returned, my beloved dog Stella passed away. These experiences and more drew me into a deep consideration of the mystery of existence. It was from this inner space, that I created an in-person class on worthiness, grounded in 7 paradoxes. This new meditation series is loosely based on that class.
A sense of unworthiness inhibits our abilities to live and love fully.
When we love ourselves, we love others; when we love others we love ourselves.
Our contemplation of worthiness allows us to practice worthiness in the world.
The world needs to feel its worth – especially now (and always).
Here are some details:
- We will start with 28 non-consecutive days of meditation. I will post a new meditation 2-3 times a week. This is to give you time to practice and digest.
- Each meditation will end with a question to contemplate. Consider the question throughout your day and see what emerges for you. Practice the answers.
- If you have already signed up for this blog, there is no need to sign up again. You will continue to receive the meditations in your in-box.
- Please feel free to share these meditations with anyone that might benefit from them. The meditations are short and especially helpful for people who don’t meditate. 🙂
I look forward to cultivating a deep sense of inner/outer worthiness that draws us into a greater experience of Truth and blesses all beings.
